v2 — Tidy
v2 — Tidy
A transitional version. Same content as v1, cleaner architecture. The framework gets formalised. No new claims; the existing ones are made structural.
What changed
v2 is consolidation, not extension. The eight scenarios get organised against the axes. The 99% Commons claim gets named as a thermodynamic property of digital substrates rather than an aspirational political choice. The substrate-neutrality principle gets promoted from a footnote to a constitutional rule.
Why this version exists
Frameworks built fast in one sitting are usually inconsistent in their architecture. v2 is the pass where Brendan takes the v1 conversation and asks: what are the actual axes? The answer turns out to be the L/R/H/X/C/G/F/V coordinate system that lives in the broader HOP framework. Bees-for-honey inherits that coordinate system but doesn’t yet have its own.
What v2 doesn’t add
No new scenarios. No new math. No diagnostic mechanism. The reader who has v1 and v6 can skip v2 in most contexts; the version exists for completeness of the lineage rather than for new content.
Note
This version is sparsely documented in the corpus relative to v1, v3, v4, v6 because it was largely a consolidation pass. The transition to v3 happens fast — within days of v2 being stable — and the next conversation is about the mechanism layer (v3), not about the tidied v2. Treat v2 as a checkpoint: the v1 content, but organised.
